From this point on Autoaccessorystore.com / ENSI Con. Inc / Distributors of body kits dealing with ENSI Con. Inc will be referred to as AAS.
Shipping
Buyer pays a Non-refundable one way shipping charge. All body kits are shipped via Freight Company and/or other companies specified by AAS. Please allow 1-8 weeks to ship your product after payment received. Special order items may take longer than the approximate shipping time, and cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
Shipping inspection
Upon receiving your body kit please follow the following guidelines
Inspect the shipping box and merchandise for any cracks, shortages or damages. The box leaves our facility fully inspected and in perfect condition.
If you notice any damages to the shipping box or shortage of items (refer to invoice) please contact the shipping company immediately.
Any damages in shipment are the responsibility of the carrier; therefore the purchaser must make all damage claims directly to the carrier. All body kits shipping by AAS are insured for their full value. AAS shall not be liable under any circumstances for damaged merchandise or for subsequent settlement of the claim with the carrier. However as a courtesy of a seller, we would be glad to help you in reaching an amicable settlement with the carrier in the event that you need assistance.
Returning & Cancellations
There are absolutely no refunds or cancellation allowed under any circumstances without the approval of AAS. If a return was approved, returned products are subject to 35% restocking fee. Buyer must pay for all return shipping and handling fees on any and all returns to AAS. All products that are approved for return are for store credit only. All products returned for credit must be in the original manufacturer's carton in the same condition as it was originally delivered by AAS to the buyer. There is no return, refund or store credit on any parts that have been altered, modified, fabricated, worked on or drilled.
Installation
Buyer understands that all fiberglass / urethane body kits (aero components) may need modifications for correct fitment such as removal of safety reinforcements, removal of factory bumper lights / side marker indicators, shaving, molding etc. Buyer understands that all body kits (aero components) require prep work before painting. AAS is not responsible for any extra-incurred fees, material fees, and storage fees for unexpected labor your body kit (aero components) would require for factory or show quality look. (We do offer prep. work to the body kit before it ships, for extra charge. Ask us for details.)
Facts and Conditions
Buyer fully understands that all fiberglass / urethane body kits are sold as is" with no warranty expressed or implied given by AAS;. Buyer also understands that due to strict U.S. Federal and State safety crash guidelines, AAS is not responsible or liable for any damages or possible injury incurred upon possible accidents due to driver error, bad judgment (cracking or breaking your aero parts) or act of nature / God, Allah, Jehovah, Buddha, etc. All aero components (body kits, z3 fenders, hood, and lightweight parts) are only recommended and legal to be used for off-highway use such as track racing or for exhibition shows only. All kits are brand new and there is nothing wrong with them. They're not damaged, or a refused item. Each brand name is the Trademark of the respective body kit. All aftermarket aero body kits are not primed, painted, and pre-drilled. All body kits are made to fit the particular model, however minor modifications may have to be applied before installing it.
Liability
AAS is not liable for any damages or injuries occurred to anyone or anything, which may have been resulted from the use of Aero Parts in any manner. All pictures used by AAS are for illustration purposes only. Actual products may vary in size, color, detailing, and specific variables associated to or related to any pictures or descriptions of merchandise. AAS will not guarantee customer satisfaction on body under any circumstances due to the fact of the nature of the product, market and business. Therefore, buyer's rights will be forfeited for refunds, credits or chargeback.
