After receiving an RMA # and return instructions, please call or email us with a return tracking # of the product that is being sent back to us. We will add it on file to avoid any delays. Upon receipt of the return product please allow 10 business days before receiving credit back or exchange

Any claims without the signed agreement will be rejected automatically.
