Rennen International warrants to only the original owner a lifetime structural warranty which its products shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal operating conditions.
Rennen International Agrees to replace or repair any product that is said to be damaged under normal operating conditions after inspection through our technical specialists. Rennen International agrees to repair or replace wheels at its' own discretion without any charge.
*Return/Inspection terms and procedures are also outlined in Rennen International's Return Policy. Warranty terms are also subject to those conditions.
A return authorization number, receipt, and proof of purchase must accompany any returned parts.
Rennen International does not warrant:
Any wheel/product that has been altered or repaired in any manner.
Cosmetic flaws and/or corrosion caused by car wash, chemicals, climate conditions, caustic chemicals, and negligence.
Wheels/products that have been subject to road hazards, potholes, accident, off-road use, abuse, curbing, and/or negligence.
Any damages incurred during shipping.
Rennen International will not be liable for any loss, damage, incidental or consequential damages of any kind in connection with the sale, use or repair of the product. In any case, Rennen International's maximum liability shall not, in any case, exceed the contract price for the products claimed to be defective or unsuitable.
There will NOT be any other warranties implied and represented by other than those outlined in this warranty agreement.
